Personal Summary

I'm fortunate to be in a career where I can focus on making people's lives easier. Over the years I've grown to really enjoy working across teams to help set the vision and strategy and create amazing experiences. I instinctively think about the holistic experience, push for deeper collaboration across teams, and bring clarity to difficult problems.

I've bounced back and forth across the country over the past few years; from Columbus to Seattle and now to a unique little town called Yellow Springs, Ohio. When I'm not designing, you can find me outdoors, hanging out with my critters, or at a concert with my husband.

Experience leading a team of designers and researchers across dozens of scrum teams and nine products; supporting the success of nearly 500 billion messages sent from the platform a year. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and User Experience teams to set the vision and develop an effective strategy for large initiatives. Working with our user-centered design team to create everything from detailed workflows, wireframes, prototypes and hi-fi visual designs to components and design systems. Assisting the research team with testing plans, customer research, analysis of user feedback, and identifying areas of optimization and accelerated user engagement.
